Fill the application and submit to your office. Office sr. Asst (Madam garu) said your provisional certificate send though post office. But certificate is not receive till the date. Sir, I have completed my BSC in September 2012 with reg no.B[protected] but I didn't take OD certificate.
Sir please tell me procedure for get OD certificate.

It has been 2 ago I submitted a form stating that I want to change my number ..but still it not changed..this Soo unhappy to inform u ...Soo make it as early as possible hopping ur reply ...I will be glad i[censored] slove it early .thank you
