Sri Krishnadevaraya University — Convocation certificate not received even after applying twice

I have applied for my UG convocation certificate in 18th Convocation and also in the latest 19th Convocation Notification. submitted all the documents as well. But till now I have not recieved my Convocation. No details in their website to contact. Can anyone help me on this? How to approach and what to do? Thank you for the support.
