Sri Krishnadevaraya University — No help from university and no online process

Currently I'm not in India. Due to recession situation my job is not stable to get the new job and visa I required to have medium of instruction certificate from the university but I'm not getting right support from the university. I explained my situation via email to the university registrar but no action.

No online process and support of not appropriate.

Many people struggling like me. where these things are happening very smooth in other universities.
