Sri Sai University Palampur — Regarding the security fee

I am the student of sri sai university palampur i have done b-tech batch[protected]. At the time of admission i have submitted the security fee having amount is 10, 000 which is refundable but there is no fee refund till now.
I have cleared all the dues and also submit the application two times as well i have also sent the mail but there is no action take place.
According to the UGC norms whenevre student pass the degree from any college then within 6 month the fee is refund.
Sir please help me to get my security fee.
