I have been using act for quite some time now. I had been using the advance rental offer by paying an initial amount for 6 months and using service for 7 month. Since i have been paying in advance, i was expecting no bills from them. But in the 8 month they disconnected the service for not paying bill. I paid the bill last time on assurance from act that they would disconnect my service at end of 7th month without me having to call them or update them, so i picked up the 6 month plan again. Now again the same scenario reoccurs and i constantly continue to get calls to make payment.
If i have picked up service for 6 months and you have assured me that the service will be disconnected at the end of 7th month, then it is your responsibility. You cannot expect me to keep a track and stop using your services. Please put your systems in place and stop calling me. Was this information helpful? |
