My broadband connection has already been disconnected, yet my refundable security deposit of ₹500 has still not been returned despite multiple follow-ups and escalations over several weeks.

I registered and paid for a 6 months subscription of ACT broadband in the month of January. I did the payment after ensuring an engineer does a site visit and completes the feasibility check. Unethical behaviour and harassment

I have paid Rs 2120/-for new Act Fibernet connection ahead on Sept 16th, 2025, for 3 months. Instead of issuing a new connection they reactivated an old connection which was disconnected from past 6 months. Internet not working

My internet is not working since 01-11-25 night 9 pm. I have given complaint through the helpline and they told me that they will solve before 9 pm on 2-11-25, but nobody even called me.

Reporting to the nodal officer does not have any response. No rectification done.

On 3-11-25, they have called me on 1 pm and told me that they will come at 2.30 pm but he called me at 8 pm and asked if they can come to repair...

My internet services got interrupted on Saturday 01.11.2025 night around 9 pm. I have complained through the customer care number, and they have given the ETR around 2nd November 9 pm to resolve the issue.

Urgent: Immediate Removal of Disconnected WI-FI Box Safety Hazard

Frequent service disruptions
