I have disconnected my wifi for not giving well it's been around 8 days from when i have disconnected my wifi and till date i have not got my security deposit back and in my it not showing that i have requested for cancellation

Its been probably 8hrs ive been waiting to show up my internet connection and i was thinking theres some sort of maintenance but these takes to long.Need help to fixed it

It's been almost a year since I've started using ACT and everything was going fine until a few months back when they started showing huge amounts of data usage which I hardly use...its almost upto 20-30GB per day...I called the customer care a few times and they said they would get back to me but they haven't.I've got the 500GB per month plan for 7 months and now I'm stuck using this service unwillingly...I don't think I can even get a refund.this is just absurd

I had paid amount Rs 2200 as deposit for junction box. During installation they informed that the amount is refundable but now they refuse to return the amount.

My daily morning routine to get the internet working - call, message and email to customer care, local guys, nodal officer.

Call support: apologize for inconveniences give us 1 more chance we'll get it resolved in 2hrs.

E-mail - we appreciate the patience, escalation team is working on a priority basis.

Local guy - Sir it tok me 3 hrs to get it fixed.

Still after all the assurances, appologies and Wordplay; am still getting the orange light (no internet) daily.

What's the point of paying if am not getting the services I paid for?

And I get the Bill notice by message or robocall (of 1200+) 15 days prior to the due date.

I have been facing issues with Act fibernet since a few months.
I have been raising complaints ever since and no issue was resolved soon.
They have taken hours to solve a simple network issue, and have consciously been exceeding the given estimated time to resolve.
I have contacted the customer service multiple times, and the only thing they say is "Sorry for the inconvenience, we will resolve the issue soon" (which never happens)

A guy from disconnection team named Rahul harassed me and told I won't get any refund for the connection.

I did recharge plan for 3 months and it has been expired but they’ve not disconnected the service instead they have kept the service on and asking me to renew the plan and pay or else they would charge late fee.
I don’t understand this Pre-paid service-
It has to be a service which has to be given only after we’re paid right.
What Act doing is not fair it’s like forcing customer to opt and pay even they don’t want to.
Custome/consumer have right to start or stop the plan or recharge when required on pre-paid but continuing the service even when user don’t need and charging late fee is not acceptable.
Please do take action on such things which is being followed by Act

Payment is Paid already but its shows suspended

The rent that was decided at the time of installation of the junction box installed on the property is not getting adjusted in my bill. On asking them to transfer the remaining amount to my bank account as I won't be continuing with the ACT fiber from the next billing cycle.

Saying the same to the company I am getting a response like a refund is not possible, they can only adjust it in the next billing cycle.

Apart from that on asking why the rent is not adjusted, they said for a monthly contract the adjustment is done automatically but for the quarterly or half-yearly contract we need to keep a request, about which I wasn't informed.

Furthermore, I have raised a service request for the same and they asked us to wait for 72 hours to get a callback from the accounts department, but there was no callback and even the service request was closed without my consent.

I am really upset about the customer service and the transparency.

I was a user of ACT Fibernet internet services at Banglore. I had to relocate to Chennai due to personal reasons. I had posted a relocation request but was told that there will be no transfer of connection between states as per their policy and asked me to disconnect the request and return the router. After the disconnection and router return, I had raised ticket with them multiple times and have followed up with them since past 2 months since Jan 14, 2023 but I am not getting any sort of response from them. This is very painful and affecting me psychologically. Request to raise this as a complaint against them and do the needful to get their attention on this.

Dear Sir/ Madam,

ACT is asking for Return of ACT's Wi-Fi Router which was provided as free when I have opted for ACT Broadband plan of 6 Months. I subscribe act fibernet in 2021 but they are asking to return their router now. For the period of 2 years, which is too long I forgot where I put router in my home. Now it it missing. They send me the email to return router within 3-4 days Or else they said they should take appropriate legal action against me. Please help me this out.

ACT is asking for Return of ACT's Wi-Fi Router which was provided as free when I have opted for ACT Broadband plan of 3 Months.And now they are demanding me to return the router since I am not using their Internet service.
ACT is referring below.
"Wi-Fi usage policy duly agreed and signed by you under the Customer Application Form (CAF) at the time of subscription of our services, you have been provided with free usage of our Wi-Fi router as long you continue to avail our internet Broadband services".
My response to above is they have not given any CAF at the time of subscription and I have not signed anything. ACT is making false agitation on me. ACT wants to proceed legally if I did not return router.

I raised multiple tickets and send lot many escalation emails (attached snapshots) to the team but none responded to address the issue but deactivated my account. Hello sir/ madam, this is Sudhakar Boina from Hyderabad, I'm using act fibernet from past 3 years. Account Number is[protected].They set up junction box in my home said they will provide discount of 100 rs per month, and from three years they haven't paid single penny and not given any discount. When I called to there customer care people are so careless that they are saying that resolve and update on this.

They not yet create any ticket on this reported issue, they are not at all reacting properly.. This is totally fraud from such a big organization. Please help me to get what is mine.

I'm very sorry to say this but the process in ACT is very disgusting and very much irritating.
I have to make so many complaints, so many calls to get the work done.

Please take necessary action.

I applied for new connection on 12/01/2023, made the payment via paytm Rs. 3887 for that. after using for a few days, we got it disconnected due to the frequent loss of network. i was promised to get the refund for that many times I already called and mailed countless times and everytime i am getting fake assurance no real solution or refund. i want the full refund. details of the connection are: a/c[protected] contact no. I have paid 2513/- for 6months plan and the ACT Executive had promised for new connection immediately but its been 3 days and no connection has established. ACT Executive is not answering my calls and saying some stories daily. Now I want to close the connection and want my refund back.
