On 5th july i booked an airtel tv from compare dth they said it will install within 24 hars but on next day i got a sms, (There is some problem with airtel it will take 4 to 5 days more to install) then i call to customer care they said before 10th of this month is not possible if you want dish tv then we will install it today i said i am fine please install it but they said please wait we will call you, but till evening i wait nobody was called then i called to tatasky and they install it on the same day, on 7th july i called compare dth i told them please cancelled my order they said its ok we will refund your money withen 15 days, but today on 14th july i got a call from airtel tv and they asking for the address to install it. Then again i call to compare dth to know my cancellation status they said you can't cancell it. The thing is that they saying very wrought to the customer somebody is there in the name of (Arjun) he speking to the customer like a don. Totally fraud company.


From the same day i am trying to contact compare dth for cancellation and refund of my order but no success,

We submitted the blood sample at around 9 am on 06072016 for blood glucose test. the result was to consulted with doctor at 5 pm in the evening. The technician commited to deliver the report at aroung 16:00 hrs .On reaching the lab even at 17:00 pm the report was not handed over to the customer. reason given was power failure. The said technician over there named Mr sameer jandyal also misbehaved with us and said that why we have came there for the test instead of having variours other labs in the city. The behaviour and service was most astonishing and rude i ever experienced anywhere publically. It is a newly opened lab of srl at kachi chawni jammu.

The tag line for srl should be trusted by millions and still cheated by hundreds or whatever their employee strength is.
I had booked home collection for blood test for which fasting was a must.
The technician reached 2hrs late to collect the sample which resulted in over fasting of the patient and thus inaccurate test result, the illness got further aggravated because of their careless approach and they play a blame game, the technician blames the srl and vice versa.
I had paid 800 rs for the test which were wasted due to inaccurate test report and the non monetary loss cannot be defined.

This is with reference to the complaint below that was filed with SRL more than 2 months back. I was promised a refund which has not yet been fulfilled. This refund was for providing incorrect and inconvenient service and lab results for my Dad who was diagnosed with a rare cancer disease. It took more than 3 weeks for the results to come and those were inconclusive. Got them retested from the same company but a better lab and they were found to be conclusive and within a week's time. Have substantial proof regarding this complaint. Raising this complaint to seek refund and damages for the inconvenience.

I had called toll free number of s r l diagnostics for double marker test and mr pankaj was assigned to collect the blood sample on may 21, 2016.

On may 21, 2016 based on lmp (Feb 19, 2016) i was 14 weeks and 2 days pregnant and the last ultrasound report which was available with me and given to mr pankaj was dated april 06, 2016 which was more than one month old.

Grievances
1. Mr pankaj (Srl person) collected the sample and taken payment of rs.2400/- for the same knowing fully well that double marker test cannot be carried out in 14 week and the latest ultrasound report is not available.

2. Later i received a mail from mr. Pankaj jha on may 23, 2016 asking for latest ultrasound report stating that crl value is

I booked for home test sample collection. No one turned up.
After I called the customer care, they booked another appointment for me for the next day.
Still, no one turned up. When I called the executive, he said no one was available. No one even informed.
After we called him the second day morning, he said let's plan for some other day. Because of this, I could not get my tests done time. I had to pay consultation fees of the doctor for one more time. Moreover, SRL does not even have the courtesy to inform us, when cancelling a sample collection.

I have given blood sample for various examination, all the report have been provided to me through mail, however still the report of Vitamin D is not uploaded in email or ON web site.
The blood collection was done from my home, Is it not the duty of SRL to deliver the reports at home.

I book a plasma oxalate test on 04/04/16 the boy came without cooling box, so he committed to come next day. Next day he collect sample 4 tubes of blood. But the report said that sample is not sufficient, they have needed 5 tubes.

This is to bring in your notice that i Munear Ahmad Khanday visited SRL Diagnostic Center Gujar Nagar Jammu and submitted blood samples for various tests, such as Basic lipid profile, TSH & Uric acid serum on 13.022016 and i was accordingly asked to get the reports on 13.02.2016 in the evening hours.

SRL Diagnostics in Bangalore conducts annual medical checkups for corporates. Among the list of tests they perform, they also included chest X-ray's. Why this is bad: 1. X-ray radiation is absorbed by tissues and increases a person's cancer risk. 2. Every time an X-ray is done, the effect of it keeps accumulating even if done once a year. 3. A chest X-ray is only necessary if a person has smoked 1 pack of cigarettes a day for 30 years, but SRL Diagnostics is advising the X-ray for even 22 to 30 year old's who do not smoke. This is a clear case of criminal medical negligence. An audit of the Diagnostic center will show how many patients have been subjected to such dangerous tests when there was no need to. Such an audit needs to be done for other hospitals too. Sir, We are aware that the Govt. has fixed the rates for testing of Dengue fever. In this matter I am to state that when I reached to SRL Diagnostics on 17 Sept.15 for testing of Dengue they charges as under :- (Photocopy of prescription as well as test suggested is appended herewith) Dengue Rs.3050/- Platelets count Rs.170/- Hb Rs.130/- TOTAL Rs.3350/- (Photocopy of cash receipt is also appended herewith) I told him that these charges have been reduced / fixed by the Govt. as also published in Daily News Paper Times of India dtd.17 Sept.2015, but he told that his laboratory has not reduced these rates. Looking the condition of the patient there was no option for me except give the required charges and get the tests done, and I did so. The charges in excess, levied by the SRL are liable to be refunded to me. Later on, I inquired with Dr. Lal Path Labs in the evening, where I found the charges are same as prescribed by the Govt. Test receipt of Plate lets counts get done on 18 Sept.15 at Dr. Lal Path Labs is also appended herewith for your perusal. Vasant Vihar, Delhi center. Over a duration of two days during normal timings I called about them 10 times for different urgent queries on my father's reports, on different numbers and nobody answered. When we inquired about this they had the most ludicrous excuses - if I write it here you'll laugh - and on top of that, with an atrocious amount of insolence. They continued with their ways and owing to their indifference I got to check the lab reports about three hours late when I urgently needed to view them, and the mail IDs I'd mentioned for the correspondence were perhaps tossed into the dustbin. The kind of people who work at their reception is a joke. It's unfair to expect professionalism from such incompetent fools but you should at least teach your staff the basic courtesy, the customer has paid time and money for the visit. On top of it if you become a pain due to your rudeness, you become a headache in addition to the trouble the body is going through. At least your staff should realize that they have a family too, and how would they feel if someone treated their elderly like they treat their customers? Being helpful is your first obligation, you're getting paid for this, its not a favor you're doing. But they don't answer calls, argue unnecessarily and don't do their job properly, leading to a hell lot more trouble aside from the trouble one is already in.

Hello My self Ankit Gupta, after Miscarriage of my wife i send her tissue for karyotyping test to Bharat pathology (SRL Diagnostic), Agra (as recommended by Dr.) but after this, No body inform us what about the sample /Result. when i asked about this to the lab, they told me that the sample couldn't be tested due to presence of formalin but as the sample report was very important to us, so i again contact them, want to know the reason but they didnt reply, i am very disappointed by their rude behaviour

Myself sudhir, Blood sample of my wife against accession no. 0152OD000079 had been submitted on 24/04/2015 in the morning. Though all the testing charges have been taken in advance but neither bill nor a valid report is provided just because of network problem which I was hearing from last two days. On contacting customer care I was told that sample not accepted but lab provided letter head printed report without any sign which doubt the lab validity. 1.He forgot to collect blood sample at once, for all the test, so he took sample second time again. 2.he took money and sample, for 5 tests, finally sent report only for 4. 3. The BT test result which we saw ourself was having value of 1.04 m, he reported it as 2.1m in the report. He asked us to use our stop-watches, didn't say start nor stop, we had to ask him many times to even follow it with us . Really pathetic. 4. When we were asking him anything he behaved as dumb, and just smiled back for questions. 5. I gave sample at 12;40 and by 6;30 he gave ma back all reports, how he could send the sample to lab and managed it is doubtful. I really doubt he was so badly confused and reported all wrong values, it seemed firstly he didnt even send the sample, e anywhere nor did any test . Rather fabricated values he reported. Strange how can we trust this lab. When I called him few times about missing report, he said I am driving will talk later etc etc .
