I got my vitamin D3 test done from Ranbaxy Bhopal on 22nd January 2015 and I was charged @ 3500/-+ . Later on enquiry from other path labs and also a renowned orthopedic doctor who had recommended this test I came to know it costs 1200/- i later checked on an SRL Diagnostics website, http://www.phadkelabs.com/price_calculator.php and was surprised to note that they are asking for a price of 1350/- for the same test! When I tried to speak at the helpline number I was surprised to be treated very roughly by the executive Aniket from Mumbai call centre asking me to get lost and register what ever complain I have to with the cunsumer court! Well firstly I want to congratulate Ranbaxy for losing a valuable client along with many others who were equally surprised to hear about the incident and secondly do i really go to consumer court ? for I really feel cheated and humiliated.

I am a 7 month carrying woman...I was about to take glucose tolerance test..which is taking sugar at fasting and having glucose and taking sample after 2 hrs...the staff lost my receipt twice and advised mwle to take glucose without taking the fasting sample..that too made a pregnant women in fasting for 1 hour...when queried about the same they responded very badly and the lab staff shouted back at us...irresponsible and unprofessional way of handling customers...instead of resolving the issue and taking the blood sample...they kept on arguing...I will never recommend srl

I binod kumar sinha had given test o[censored]rine culture on 29 september 2014.They had given me assurance that the report will be delivered within 72 hour.As per the given time by srl i had taken several appointments with doctors of different hospitals as i am suffering from a critical condition. I am on catheter now for renal discharge. I have. One kidney and an artificial urinary bladder. I could have given my urine sample at aiims, where my treatment for past 30 yrs is going on, but for quick and efficient service i approached srl knowing about its reputation. This is a gross violation of my legal rights and due to the delay i and my family are going through a great mental trauma in this grave situation. Above all there has been no response from srl vasant vihar. Srl has not been responding, there is no one from srl to answer the phone since morning. Such a gross negligent act of a reputed srl is unwarranted, specially when they charge for reports more than other diagnostic labs. This also disqualifies the faith put on srl by million consumers.

hello i m nirmal kumar from patna nd srl diagnostics have given the wrong report of blood sugar the srl center was situated at patna arya kumar road opp. sbi bank patna 16
the receipt no was 6645 nd 6663 respectively of blooad sugar after fasting and blood sugar after meal
bt the report was wrongly given bt miss sweta kumari consulatant doc..
and when informed abit the wrong report then they told in harsh voice dat is is common and you have to give blood samples againn
so i request you to take strict action else legal action will be taken against them and the diagnostics which could not be beneficial

I am a old customer to Srl Diagnostics, BBSR. We are doing all the times all kinds of test here but not getting the online facility properly not only of mine but also more peoples belongs to that center. I do request that if you can carry this type of online great thing do properly or please kindly stop unnessery massaging. some times we are having the id not password, even id and password we have but id password is incorrect.

Super RELIGARE Laboratories Limited, No.9, TKN Towers, Near Jal Bhavan, Bannerghata Road, Bangalore-560076 (KARNATAKA), Phone No.[protected] / [protected] is a Diagnostics Laboratories who had taken blood and urine samples of a one year child on dt. 23.04.2014 and also taken Rs. 1700/- towards laboratories cost. But the said laboratories neither given any test report nor refunded the taken amount till date. When we contacted for test report, they simple replied that, the sample has been lost, if you want I will send a report. It seems that, the said laboratories is a cheater firm and they have no responsibilities at all. They are only cheating the people and playing with the humans life. Moreover this firm is not a reliable laboratories for diagnosis the disease.
The details of money receipts are with us for further action.

I would like to lodge a complaint against SRL laboratories Limited, Sec-12,Karnal. I had a given a urine sample of my mother for KFT examination on the 4th Feb.'13 at around 11 AM. The branch representative asked us to collect the reports on the same day evening at around 6 PM , but unfortunately reports were not ready . On enquiry, the branch manager told us that since the machine was not working and we have sent the samples to Gurgaon center for examination and you will get the reports by 12 noon of 5th Feb'13. On enquiry at the given time, I again got the same answer that the reports are yet not ready , and you will get the reports in another 3 hours. Just because of this , we had to cancel our appointment with the doctor twice and my mother ,who has been suspected with Swine Flu , couldn't get the correct treatment from the doctor . I wish to get a refund of the sample examination fee, and a compensation of Rs. 5000 above that, for the inconvenience and insufficient information provided by the SRL branch. Had it been informed to us at the time of giving the sample, we could have given the sample to some other laboratory.

At the collection centres of SRL religare there is no availability of correct price lists.
As a result they charge heavily from their customers. The one who goes to religrare SRL for his tests(sugar,thyroid tests,etc) does not know the correct prices as a result the employees of SRL Religare charges heavily to customers for the tests, which amounts more than the actual prices of the tests.

1 I want they should charge proper prices for the tests.
2 In order to make it possible their should proper price lists available at every Religare & SRL Diagnostic centers.

Had submitted a sample for a Urine test on 26/06/11 for the following tests to be done (Pus, bacteria, Culture and sensivity). However, more than a day later, after following up was first told they would call me back and later when I called them was informed I had not given any request for the 1st 2 tests and would have to submit a fresh sample.

Have never come across such ineffiency at any of the other diagnostic centers where tests have been done in the past.

Religare SRL Diagnostics should close down if they cannot comprehend requests and provide the necessary service. Patients lives and health are at stake
