Hi Team,
I did (Patient id: MUKUM[protected] and ACCESSION NO : 0313UE007312) RT-PCR test (home collection) on last 28th May from Guwalati (Narengi branch-781026), collected by Gautam kalita.
I requested him more than 5 times to provide me the receipe/bill since test done. Initially he told me, he will watsapp me the receipt for test done. Till now he has not given any receipt and stop picking my call.

Could you please help to provide me the required receipt as well any action on him about his fraud nature.
Please find the attached report for details.
I am looking for your help to keep trust on you in future.

    Dear Team,
    My parents have had their RT-PCR test done with SRL Diagnostics' Civil Lines Bareilly lab on 09th June 2021.
    The test results were required for them fulfil mandatory international travel requirements.

    Both the samples were given on 09th June 2021 at 16:21 PM IST and 16:24 PM IST.

    1) But to our shock the reports show the sample collection time as[protected]:00 (which is absolutely wrong).
    2) Moreover the reports do not have QR Codes printed.

    Due to these 2 above mentioned issues, my parents have had to go through a lot of trouble explaining to various authorities at airport and convince them to board the flight.

    My parents were made to immediately go for Antigen test at our cost and had to deal with mental trauma.

    This kind o[censored]nprofessional and manipulative behaviour from SRL Diagnostic is simply unexpected and unacceptable

    We seek your immediate intervention to please investigate in the issue and find us an amicable resolution for the mental stigma, efforts, time and money involved.

      I called in a guy to get tests done for me and my mother . She asked him to be gentle, since her hand swelled up after the previous collection. The guy started shouting and bashed us in front of the entire society. The guy' s name was Shubham, from DD puram branch in Bareilly.
      I'm scared he might change blood samples. Kindly look into it ASAP

        On 5 th June I booked order no.: MUF080396 & MUF080394 for 6 th June 7-8 am. I still haven't received any confirmation on June 7 haven't received any confirmation about who will collect sample. What is the purpose of scheduling if the team doesn't follow it? It's highly disappointing service.
        Never booking it again.
        I also paid in advance, if the service is not given by 8 June, cancel and refund the exact total amount

            Yesterday I gave my blood sample for antibody report for corona and today again they called me and said we need to recheck so we need more blood sample.. in 2 days they took 2 blood sample.. something is wrong with SRL lab in Bareilly

              Wrong lab report results

              I am 44 years old and my parents are 70 years and 75 years old. i am not diabetic. my parents r diabetic and always their fasting values have been around 130 and non fasting values around 160. even with SRL previous reports and our home glucometer we get same results. on 12 may when we got blood test done, we got wrong values. i am not diabetic and i and both my parents got around 112 for fasting and around 92 non-fasting. these values were...

              I booked an appointment on 25th May, evening for home collection on 26th May. They confirmed from mumbai office and promised to collect sample on 26th May morning at 11-12pm. But they failed to collect as they said slot is not available. And promised us that they will provide service on today morning at 9 am. Again they called and canceled for today. Although it was confirmed from your side. Why this kind of irresponsible service from such a esteemed Center. Anyway, I am also doctor, I will not refer any case to your Center hence forth.

                  Hi Team,

                  I have used your client service(Client code : C[protected] which is running with the name as FPSC HK PATHOLOGY, SHOP NO 3, DDA MARKET, C-8, Vasant Kunj New Delhi and took health package of Rupees 3400 but I did not get any online or authenticated receipt except one provisional receipt which will not be accepted by my office rembursement Team.

                            Hi this is Avin from Bangalore ([protected]) this is number used to book a home sample collection for one of my relative, its just a simple test (FBS and HbA1c) I initially booked it on 7th May but the Phlebotomist assigned to me did not come after multiple calls to Customer support it was finally informed to me that the assigned phlebo suddenly fell ill and will not come. I had booked it for 8-9 slot and wait till 10:30 am to know that he is not coming, meanwhile the customer support folks kept on telling that they will arrange another phlebo as soon as possible. Later in the evening around 5 p.m. one of the folk from backend home sample collection team calls me and said it was unfortunate that the phlebo suddenly got sick and this order would be rescheduled to 10th May and he would personally make sure that phelbo comes on 10th May but again the same storry nobody came, fed up of calling customer care.

                            First of all, if you do not have enough man power Why do you take bookings ask us to pay?

                            I finally informed them to cancel my order and refund my money, they say it would take 10 - 12 bank working days?

                            Is this a scam or something taking money and not giving service and telling to take refund after 10+ days??

                            Also they have not taken any request on refund, i have not got a call nor a message for refund.

                            I can clearly see that you guys are keen in taking money but not giving service nor returning the money.

                            Change your system, if you cant give service stop taking orders.

                                I Sourabh Bakshi resident of Jammu has booked online appointment on 21.04.2021 for ACTIVE CARE FOR PROFFESSIONAL GO PACKAGE test amount Rs 1899 at Srl Diagnostic centre Jammu from SRL MOBLILE APP and made a online payment for Rs 1899 at the point of booking. Accordingly slot was booked for me between 9.00 am to 10.am in the morning .

                                When I reached the SRL LAB for giving blood samples they told me that ONLINE BOOKING FOR TEST in not available in SRL in Jammu and the amount will be refunded in your account within 10 working days.

                                Since I have to undergo the test I paid physical CASH at the COUNTER AND and got my test done .The receptionist at the counter assured me that the amount which was deducted for online booking will be refunded within 10 working days .

                                After waiting for 15 working days still the amount is not credited into my account and when iam going to the SRL APP to cancel the test the message is coming as “ OUR ORDER IS ACCEPTED CANNOT BE CANCELLED NOW”

                                Moreover I tried calling CUSTOMER CARE and they told me that they will arrange a call back for me from SRL but still I didn’t received any call from your side.

                                I request you to kindly look into this issue and process my refund as soon as possible so that I get my hard earned money back into my account.

                                  Dear All,

                                  I have booked some test where order Id was MUD048699 on dated[protected] for sample collection from home which was confirmed by you for next day morning at 9 am to 10 am.

                                  But nobody has visited for the same till 12 am. When I called SRL customer care they informed me that there is no booking.

                                  So I have cancelled the booking and raise refund request, but as on date I have not received the refund of Rs. 1170.

I have been raising complaints through mails and calls regarding app./online test booking not taking redemption points feature . It is regretted that every time my grievances have been given a ref number but there is no resolution. In the process I have ended up paying more for the tests of self as well as family. Even for today's reminder ref no of[protected] is given
                                    I have been customer since 2011. It is unfortunate that SRL is harassing seniors like me. It gives impression o[censored]nethical practice by SRL just for monetary gain. please stop such harassments and resolve the issue. Above matter is also being reported to Fortis hospitals where I have been taking treatment since 2011.

                                      Please avoid taking diagnosis tests at SRL. In my experience son's dengue report will take 96 hours as per SRL. The best part is report charges have been Fully paid by me. So cannot go to other company center for test.
                                      Sunday is holiday for SRL. So even if your patient is serious SRL doesn't care.
