It's been more then 2 days after doing covid test, they are not answering calls, they are not providing any solution. First they said they will give the rt-pcr report in 24hrs.. now they are not receiving calls, it's been 2days now. If it will go like this then where should we go?

    This is to inform you that, i visited SRL DIAGNOSTIC HOME COLLECTION ON 1 st April 2021. Reports suppose to get next day but Mr kamal don't response and took 5 days to provide incomplete reports & not provided recipt after asking so many. Till now - 9 April 2021 i have not got reports & recipt..

    I have never seen service like that. Third class service center is this SRL DIAGNOSTIC Malviya Nagar.

    Never recommend anyone to visit here.

      Ur team had collected samples from home for RTPCR test on 6th April n have not received any report. Called more than 10 times to ur call Center n after Holding 15 MN, call got disconnected. Nobody has called back

        I had requested for one OTP to sign in to the SRL app. I didn’t get the OTP immediately however, when it started I got more than 400 OTPs at a time. This is a very serious technical glitch from your end.
        I am still getting the OPT it has not stopped yet and that seriously very very annoying.

        Kindly work on it and stop sending the OPTs

          I really disappointed in your services. May be this complaint will not be consider in serious way or you will ignore it. But still need to explain for other customers. They should 10 times before taking services from you.
          I talked with your customer care mumbai with Miss Khushboo and she take all the test name. But next day I wait for 12 noon (fasting) as she confirmed to send their person to collect my blood sample, she simply forget. Then again I called her and she confirmed for the next day but in that test she wrote Total IGG instead of Rubella IGG. As a common customer obviously I also waiting for my result and then I came to know that I got wrong test. Then after two days waiting (with lots of struggle), they again collect my sample on Saturday and promise to give me the report on Sunday. And today is Monday till time I didn't get my result and at 7 pm I have an appointment with my doctor.
          Simply annoying and I waste my money.
          U such an unprofessional.

            Ref I’d RAMEM2903370 and VIMLM2903420

            Reports for the above tests have been delayed beyond 30 hours from the time samples were taken. In these times you should be expecting reports and not delaying. If you cannot handle the flow, it’s better to decline the request, rather then accepting and not being able to serve the customers properly and timely

                I was supposed to receive reports of 3 test . but received report of only 1 test (rh factor) . when i called at there customer care they said we are just sending u on mail there might be technical error . but again i did not received any report on mail . I think they just did analysis of 1 test . now i m calling them again and again so they might generate the fake report . i have to go now in a different lab . bcoz the way srl is behaving i cant rely on there report. I had a deep trust on srl but now onwards i m not going to take any of the future services from srl .

                  The customer care executive gave me morning 8-30 slot and told me to stay fasting for 12 hours
                  I kept on waiting but nobody came।
                  This is so unprofessional
                  I had been a regular customer of srl but I will never book again from srl
                  Highly disappointed
                  Specially because I called in the morning to ask what went wrong and the girl told me ok sorry whatever happend I will now book for tomorrow
                  I agreed
                  She took my details and disconnected the call midway
                  I dont want srl service now in future
                  Will switch to lal path now

                    This is to inform you that I have faced a very bitter experience from SRL Ranbaxy, Leaded by Megan Fernandes, Mumbai Barivili.

                    She has committed to me that I will get My RTPCR report by 24 hrs.

                    My sample was collected 17/ 3/2021, 9 am & after several follow up various Chanel, Ultimately I have received the same at 9 pm (evning) & suppose to miss my flight as it is mandatory for West Bengal.

                    From Morning onwards I have tried atleast 50 times to get the update for my report, However she is not bother to pick up my call or revert back.

                    It's a really very unprofessional behavior from SRL, Which personally & professionally pushed me not to take any services from SRL Ranbaxy

                      Hi, we had booked a home collection for a fasting lipid profile. No one turned up at the said time. When we called the number we were Given, the rep told us that he is not the person incharge and that we Should call customer care. On calling them as well, we were told to wait for another 15 mins but to no avail. This is highly unprofessional and I would surely not recommend people to use your services. In this competitive world where there are so many diagnostic services, we expect a more customer friendly platform.

                        I took an appointment on 18 February 2021 for home visit blood sample collection to check my Dad's Sodium level as per Doctor's advice who has done brain tumor operation of my Dad. Currently, my dad's health condition is not so good. Customer care of SRL Diagnostics assured me that blood sodium serum test report will be generated on the next day 19th February 2021 but till now I didn't get any report. Everytime I called them same response that report will be generated within 30 minutes. Please help me to resolve this issue and take a legal case against them and get refund whole amount of sodium serum test. I've enclosed all the details of booking done through app.

                          I have called up 4 times for asking collection time for PP blood sample ... and there has been no confirmation from SRL . They have said we shall revert in half hour ; then one hour ; or the collection department is still not open . This is absolutely unprofessional... I have paid the full amount yesterday . Most of the blood tests have been completed yesterday, but the PP was to be scheduled for today since I ate something inadvertently an hour before the collection, and they could not reschedule yesterday . That is acceptable . But I have followed up thrice yesterday also for today's collection .

                            My name is Ashwani Mishra and I was working as a CC partner and because o[censored]nprofessional behavior of Lucknow staff I surrendered my CC within 5 months. After writing several email I haven't got single reply. Still I am facing issues regarding settlement. Ridiculous working behavior of Lucknow staff and there is no one to take care of issues from Lucknow to Gurgaon office. They are expert in transferring responsibilities to one to another.

                              We are getting tested the blood and health check up of our entire family last 2 years. The report looks fine. But problem with invoice copy. It has been noticed every time that payment invoice copy has not been issued to us. Every time that requires push from customer side to get the invoice copy. If customer forgets, that becomes the benefit of SRL.
                              I am not understanding why SRL is so reluctant in issuing Payment invoice. Why customer needs to remind SRL for invoice?

                              Invoice should be issued immediately after payment. If not issued .. that means something else

                                The person who collected my sample was highly untrained who didnot even bother to clean the skin surface before taking a sample not only this in this covid time he had no sanitizers in the sample collection room . more over he didnot sanitize his own hands before taking a sample . when i askied him why didnt he use any sanitizers he made excuse that he did so while he was in the other room .. also he did not follow the standard practice o[censored]sing a fresh syringe he used a used needle dont know since how long that needle was lying on the table .. and what to say about the room where the sample was taken it had dirt all around ..all the dustbins near my chair were lying open amidst of all that my sample was taken .. what if i contract a disease ? please look into the matter and take a strict action against the premises as well as the staff

                                  Bill / Invoice not received for Corona tests

                                  Girish M Agarwal had undergone Covid tests on 7-8-20 and 13-8-20
                                  Laxmi Agarwal had undergone Covid tests on 7-8-20 and 15-8-20

                                  I have been following up with SRL for bill/invoice for over 5 months, so i can submit to Insurance company and claim reimbursement.

                                  I have also provided following information requested by SRL for reference numbers i have for those tests. Same are below for your reference.

                                  I and my family underwnt RT-PCR test on 24-Dec morning. Even till 26-Dec, not received the reports. Even the invoice for the amount collected is yet to be given. Have followed up with person who collected samples and also call center. But no revert.

                                  This is very poor service.

                                      This is the way how SRL is handling their customers even after booking I have called two times yesterday and one more time today morning but no any confirmation is given yet I am on fasting since last 12 hours.

                                      This is difference between handling customers by Lal pathlab and SRL.

                                      Should I call lal path lab and write all this response on Social media and g file a case on consumer forum?

                                      Thanks for all your negligence.

                                      I am still on fasting even if someone responsible can see it and do necessary action within one hour is also fine for me.
