Extremely disappointed with the service of the srl lab. Even after spending 20, 000 rupees for tests.. They is no response from them?
Also before the test all the srl have different rates, the south delhi online collection branch finally came to my house to collect sample but, overall horrible service from srl lab..

    My client further states that, histopathology report of
    Metropolis laboratory, pet scan test and sonography reports were
    Absolutely normal and on the contrary your given histopathologyreport erroneously shows that my client is diagnosed with poorly
    Differentiated squamous cell carcinoma. That on account of your
    Reputation my client had availed your services but you were not at
    All fair and miserably failed to do justice towards my client by giving
    Her defective report.
    9. My client states that you were completely negligent and have
    Not taken due and reasonable care while discharging your duty and
    Had given defective services. That due to your utter negligence, my
    Client and her family member’s life got ruined and had suffered from
    Mental trauma and had spent sleepless nights which had caused
    Them irreparable loss. Therefore, it clearly amounts to deficiency in
    Services, gross negligence and unfair trade practices and criminal
    Offence on your part for which you are completely liable to

      Even after no. Of follow-ups with customer care, i m not being sent the invoice (Bill) copy of full body check up package complete care total, which is costing rs. 3199/- customer care is just befooling its customers instead of providing resolution and support. Srl diagnostic is a big fraud and just charging money from the customer without sending any bill or invoice copy. On calling to customer care no. They are not even giving reference no. For this complaint nor are they giving any tat, highly irresponsible behaviour. Will request everyone to stay away from such frauds.in todays world, we are getting even bill copy even for vegetables and fruits from stores except the hawkers, then what is the problem of ranbaxy srl world in providing the invoice copy of purchased body check up package. Bloody cheaters they are! I need resolution and invoice copy, it was a big mistake that i selected them my body check up.

      I was continuously following up with customer care from the oast 24 hrs. because the person Nazim, who runs the V-care diagnostic center had not provided me SRL or his receipt and asking for more money on providing me the same, which is my basic rights and i already requested him. Customer care was also just not giving TAT to resolve this issue, so I complained agin on srl website and thanks to God, they listened to my problem and provided me support.

        A guy from srl home collection department collected blood sample of wife for ‘triple marker test’ and i made payment rs 2600 at the same time.
        He noted name, age, wieght, height and lmp of my wife. After 2-3 days when i asked for reports, he replied this test cannot be perform because pregenecy has more than 20 weeks then i asked for my refund simply. So he was saying there will be a procedure and all blah blah. But i was continouly calling the him so after 9-10 days he refund me 2100 out of rs 2600. Is this a service which srl does.?

          Their online home collection services do not work anymore.

          I did an online booking for home collection and even paid for it in advance. When no one came home on the scheduled time, i called them on their call centre number and they said they have no record of the booking - i used my portal profile to do the booking.

          They sent a person in the afternoon, much later than the scheduled time, to my old goregaon address, which i had already gotten removed from their systems 6 months back. This is the second time they did this mistake. Their call center guys are crappy to talk to and do not understand basic things. They have come to my new address several times actually.

          There was a time this used to work. I have not received a refund of my booked test yet. This test was super urgent for my grandmother and i really think they are playing with lives by giving this kind of crappy service.

            After filing the complaint in my trail mail dated 23/12/2019 for the very bad experience or unsatisfactory body checkup testing at thane srl center as regret i agreed for rechecking o[censored]sg testing. According i got the confirmation mail from harshala on 27/01/2020 confirming my appointment for rechecking o[censored]sg for today. Please see the attached confirmation of appointment mail from harshala thane srl center.

            As per the appointment provided to me i visited the center today for usg testing. At center first, they told me to up for testing i waited in front o[censored]sg room and then my turn comes then the assistant o[censored]sg doctor told me that we will not repeat the usg again and told me to go down at the reception. For at least 1 hrs. I was going up and down again and again due to their lack of coordination between the person sitting at reception i. E nutan surve and the usg doctor.

            Nutan told me to come some other day i. E. From monday to friday for usg. I asked him why not today what's the issue in doing today and finally, she told me that they will not able to do my usg as a doctor is denied her and the doctor is not ready for doing the repeat usg. I told him if the doctor is not ready to do the repeat usg then on what basis or why you provided me the today appointment for usg testing. What i understood is that the doctor is not listening at all to the staff request and patient request.

            Just small suggestion to srl thane staff next time if you are confirming or giving an appointment to anyone then please align the doctor also otherwise you may not bother but the patient will suffer a lot.

            Due to lack of communication or i can say no alignment between doctor and srl staff of thane center i wasted my day. I reached the srl center at 10.30 am and i left at 12.30 pm without having the usg testing plus 3 hours of traveling from my home to thane center.

            Finally, i was very frustrated and i demanded my money back which i paid for the testing.

            Request you to please provide me my refund of testing charges at the earliest. Attach are the bank details for your reference.

            Also i will never again visit any of the srl centers in the future considering this repeated worst to worst experience at thane srl, hari niwas center nor i will suggest anyone visit this center.

            It was better if you had mentioned the reason or give the complete picture also in your trail mail behind the reason for asking the refund rather than just smartly mentioning that “One of this candidate from Kimberly Clark want refund amount”. No issue I will elaborate on behalf of you and kindly correct me in case require.

              I had an appointment today for my daughter for some test suggested by doctor around insulin n thyroid at your tilak nagar chembur centre in mumbai, the experience was worst as the front desk lab technician had zero knowledge of the tests n collecting sample, she #ed my daughter twice n my daughter aged 10 had a worst experience of pain, however this was not the end they called us once again as the sample collected by this lady was inadequate after #ing twice for a third #, my daughter is traumatized n says she will never go for a blood test, i need some action taken aginst this lady as she is bringing down your reputation we selected srl as it was the best however to get the worst experience i can be reached at [protected]

                wrong report of my thyroid profile

                I underwent through a test if thyroid in srl diagnostics patiala and they showed me that i havr thyroid and that too of a very high value but i wasnt sure so i went through another test in lal path lab mandi and srl lab mandi and i was normal i want my money refunded back with 2000 rupees componsation for the misinformation and wrong report which was off by miles not by..5 or 1.0 but by around 5.0. Shame...

                This is in regards to my report attached to the number [protected]. There has been a delay in the results of report. I have been told by the staff that i will get the report very next day. There is no update of the test if same has been conducted or not as i have not get the updates from the customer care. They are not able to trace it down if the test has been done or not. I am really concerned about the results as there has been an unnecessary delay. Or if the test has not been conducted yet or yet to be conducted then what is the authenticity of the report? I have given the blood sample on 23rd morning. What if the test has not been conducted. What if will be conducted now!! 2 days later,!! How authentic will it be?? This is matter of concern and needs to be addressed on top most priority. If not taken care i have to escalate the matter to social media and need to involve higher authorities as well. I demand a re - test asap. This is a really important test which is to be done on a particular time period after that there will be no use.

                  I called up customer care to book a test the next day. Cc representative collected all personal details including name, age, phone number, address for booking the test. I received the below message:

                  Thank you... For submitting your request to srl diagnostics. Your reference no is... Our customer care executive will call you shortly for confirmation.

                  Although i did not receive any sms giving agent details or booking confirmation. When i called back to know the details of the agent who is coming to collect sample from my home at the time of test.. I was told you will get a call from our service department. I again called and got a reply that i need to wait till 9 in the evening.
                  I did not receive any response nor any message.
                  I waited the next morning too for someone to visit or a callback or a message. But no response.
                  I want to know if srl diagnostics is simply collecting people's data for some other purposes than performing tests.
                  I want to know where have my details been saved.
                  I am looking forward for a response at the earliest.

                    I had gone to srl mulund walk in at mulund west, mumbai 400080 on 8th july 2019 at about 9.30 am for giving blood sample for cbc test.
                    Overall person doing the documentation such as name, age etc was not focussed as she asked all the information two times (Gap of few minutes).
                    I requested them to send my report by e mail which was indeed done but unfortunately, report sent was for a different test and another person which had nothing to do with me.
                    I wrote them an e mail but there was no reply and finally, i had to call them several times at mulund collection center and thane lab to get my own report.
                    When i checked the report, it showed blood collection time as 8.22 am while invoice showed time as 9.36 am (This was the correct time and not 8.22 am). This discrepancy shows serious data integrity issues. Can we trust reports from such laboratory?

But due to some issue in test SRL itself cancelled test and told me that refund will be done in 7-8 days but its been 11 days no intimation about refund . and every time i called they say concern team will get back to me .                       I had booked a home sample collection for my daughter on[protected]. I had already made the payment of 1883/- on their srl app via online mode. As my daughter is under 5 years of age so they refused to come for home collection. So i cancelled the appointment on[protected]. Then i called up customer care & asked for the refund. He told me that within 7-8 working days you will get your refund. Now it's been more than 20 days & i have not received my money yet into my a/c. I chasing them like hell but no one is providing me the solution. Every time i got the same reply that "i will arrange a call back & get it resolved in a couple of days".
                      If such kind of pathetic services are providing by them then i am sure that not only i, there must be so many others who are suffering from them every day. I am pretty much sure that people will start withdrawing services soon if this continues & will not be relying on their app & making payment online. Hope this complaint will surely reach to the concern member or owner of srl diagnostics. As i need justification in delay in refund process & want compensation for the pain that i have taken to chase it.

                        I have given a blood sample for CBP, RBS and ESR and throat swab for culture on 5th of March and follow up with SRL customer care and diagnostic center almost 5 to 6 times till today (12th of March - 8:45 PM) and every time they are telling they will send it in a couple of hours. After I had a long discussion (almost 1 hr) they sent me the reports. I am not sure why they took 7 days and why I didn't get reports before escalation. Did they do the test properly with given samples or just sent generic reports.
                        Secondly, what is the use of getting reports after 7 days after recovering from sickness.
                        Finally, I am disappointed with the services and wasted my money and time.

                          What a ridiculous service. I got myself checked up with srl team (Puspanjali, green filed, faridabad) on sunday dated[protected]. He took my blood and sent three report (Attaching) in next four days along with different parameter and suggestion. Basis on first report, i stated to consult with my doctor and suggested medicine but later on i found next report in next day which is different from earlier report and surprised to me further now srl team member sent to me other report as well in next day which is also different report still i am confused which report i should prefer and discuss with my doctor.
                          I think you are making fool and looting money. I am sure and believe that your team is not working on patient blood sample. They are sharing printed report and only changing name and add of the customer.
                          Therefore, request you pl refund my money. I am not satisfied your report.
                          There is no option to attached herewith report but i am carrying with myself.

                            Worst service!!!

                            Srl diagnostics, a worst service you can ever receive. I registered for thyroid test as home collection of sample. Since it needs to be taken in empty stomach, 54 years old patient was waiting for 8 to 8.30 am slot. The person didn't show up till 10am. I called the service centre, they said they will check and call me back after 15 mins. 1 hour went and no calls. Again i called the diagnostic centre, this time they said they will call again in 5 mins. 20 mins went and i received no calls. I again called them, now they said it's not possible today. They ensured that it will definitely be done the next day morning the first slot. Next day morning again the patient waited in empty stomach till 10am. No person showed up. Now i called the diagnostic centre and told them the situation they don't have any answers. They simply ask sorry.
                            I would recommend nobody to opt for any tests in this diagnostic centre in bangalore, marathahalli.

                              wrong report of prolactin

                              My client code is c[protected], i do a prolactin test on 27.12, in the afternoon they called me and said that my result is 1355, i didn't believe that and said that they are making wrong. On 29.12 they called me and said that they made and mistake, it will be 135.5, after some time they whatapp me a report containing result 63.66. On the next day they sent another report again result 63.66. But they collected blood only one time. Without taking...

                              I have contacted srl lab helpdesk[protected] bangalore on 26th night 8:00 pm and scheduled home collection on 27th dec at 7.00 am to 8.00 am slot and got the message on 26th night around 8:30 pm that one mr. Naveen is going to come for collection, i had to call several times to confirm the time of arrival, but the executive was not answered my call. They do not even bother to send any alternative executive. Srl collection executives and helpdesk executive response were very bad, worst experience with the executives and srl customer care helpdesk. I have contacted every day 3 to 4 times to the help desk executive ([protected]) and spoken with around 8 to 10 executives within 3 days, and every time they are assuring me that you will get a call back from complaint department within half an hour. I have logged a complaint on 27th dec 9:00 and till now no one is contacted from srl complaint department. Worst service from srl whole team. I would not recommend to anyone for srl lab.

                                I had booked an home collection on[protected] at 8.00 am, but the executive arrived at 9.30 am. They do not even call to inform that they will be late. I had to call several times to confirm the time of arrival. For the pp collection he came early and says it is fine to collect samples early. Worst experience with the executive. The reports are not sent on time. Worst service would not recommend to anyone.

                                  Worst service. On tuesday i have given blood test to know chikenguynia. On[protected] morning people has taken blood to test chikenguynia and they said on thursday afternoon that they missed their tat. And only on[protected] only they will provide the results. This is bloodyshit. Srl lab located in crawly brown road coimbatore. The people working giving worst service.
