I, vivek kaushik, noida resident hv given blood sample on 10/11/2018 for fibro meter test. Srl has chanrged rs. 4000 and assured us report with 3 days. As this test is done to detect level of fibrosis/cirrhosis in chronic lever disease so timely report can save the life of patients or give the time to go for proper medication or lever transplant. I had been diagnosed with lever cirrhosis last year and i hv to undergo routine test and check ups monthly on the basis of these reports. How can they play with someone’s health and life.

    I had booked a home collection test from SRL for RS 1999. One day before the test, the representative calls and asks for extra money for coming to my home. When I refused, he did not come to my home for blood collection. I received email from SRL that he was not able to contact me so did not come. This mail was completely baseless.
    SRL, Rajkot center is cheating on people this way. They show lower price for the tests on websites and charge additional amount for home collections.
    On calling customer care, she did not take my complaint and she also confirmed that the charges shown on the website include home collection charges. She was not bothered to take my complaint, rather she wanted to book my test for the next day.

      Even after multiple complains to the front desk at kharghar srl one of the lady employee (Ashwani) who collects the blood is not professional enough. Whenever she collects the blood issues like blood clotting, soreness arise. This was previously faced by my wife and no complained was filed. But today it was same with mother in law and we had to apply ice to overcome soreness. Please take necessary action asap and train your employees and front desk to be more polite and professional

      Srl lab kharghar Bhoomi tower, Near Hiranandani bus stop, sec-4, Today i visited accesion deperment, dispatch for 1mg lab blood sample. Then I'm waiting 45 min in the lab, staff behaviour Is very unprofessional and very Roudly.

        I had booked senior he/she youth package scheduled for 24/06/2018 on sunday. I had booked online on 23/06/2018 with reference no web[protected]. It was informed by email that by 8.00 am will receive call but till 9.00am nobody called. I only called than it was informed that by toll free no that they tried by no at 8.30 but it was not connected. It is an blatant lie as my cell was very much functional nor any miss call was available. Over that my calling it is informed that srl is unable to collect blood sample on confirm order ref[protected]. I was on fasting n suddenly cancelling blood collection. Hope srl is like korans store with no manpower. Ashamed to hear that a corporate like srl is short of manpower. My whole day was wasted

          I have not seen such a ridiculous company. Asking for an invoice for past 6 months. Totally useless customer care support.
          Accession no 0024ql003525. Done on 13/12 2017. Patient name dr a p dikshit.
          Need invoice for serum galactomannan and blood culture bactec plus.
          Called this useless company 7 times and emailed them 6 times.
          And i am a doctor myself. So my kind advice to you all is don't get yourself tested with srl as people who can't issue an invoice in 6 months. God only knows how sub standard are their lab reports.

            I m obs and gynae doctor in ujjain. My father came for test of serum psa in srl diagnostic center. It cost 200-600 rupee in all renowned pathology center.in thyrocare it cost around 200. But here it cost 1000. After so much request they charge it 900. Being a doctor i know all. How much it cost actually. For the normal public it is very difficult to do test. There is a lot of price difference between the two pathology center.

              I am really disgusted and disappointed with customer care of srl. My reference no is webhci[protected] and webhci[protected]. There is no tracking of customer calls and mails it seems. I have confirmed the availability for the test over the mail and also had given alternate landline no. The customer care team is not even bothered reaching out to me. We don’t expect a brand like srl to be like this having no concern for their prospects and customers.

                wrong blood report

                I went for an annual check up at srl kondapur, hyderbad on 5th may 2018 and got report through email on may 16 th which shows my wbc is just 1100 and rbc 5.9!!! I consulted a doctor as per him its a dangerous situation and advised me to get another test. I again went for a blood test on17th may as per doctor's prescription. I was surprised to see my wbc count is showing 12.9 k higher than the normal!!!

                My wife had thyroid test. She booked an appointment and ask for thyroid profile test which cost 400rs. However on invoice they charged for thyroid panel test which is 550rs.. Both test give same result and have same components. Also they are charging 100rs as collection charges.. Which ideally should be null as they have policy to not charge if test cost is more than 200rs. Not sure how to stop these illegal lab charges.

                  On 25th January, we had given Samples of Raghuveer Chand Mehta to M/s Chintamani Diagnosis (SRL Diagnostics Centre) for 4 testings (one of the was Biopsy). We had got 3 test Report in next one week and were told that BIOPSY Report will come in next 1-2 week, but still not received. In Last few days, we have many times contacted Chintamani and SRL Branch Office at Shashtri Nagar, Jodhpur (where M/s Chintamani sent all the samples for reporting), but not getting any satisfactory answer. BIOPSY Testing is one of the most critical testing and not less than a surgery. R.C. Mehta had spent almost 2 months in mumbai for diagnosis and treatment of Adrenal Cycst and Stomatch Pain. Many times, he went to Tata Memorial, Hinduja and KEM Hospital for his probem. after many testings, finally KEM 's Doctor advised him for "BIOPSY" and told that they take final call based on BIOPSY Report. Since he had to go back to jodhpur, His Sample for BIOPSY and 3 other testing were collected in Mahatama Gandhi Hospital, Jodhpur and handed over to M/s Chintamani Diagnosatics (SRL Diagnostics Branch). We had spend more than Rs. 50000 in last 3 months on medical expense and all will go in vein in absence of BIOPSY Report. also it is question of life of a person. Strict Action need to be taken against SRL Diagnostics and heavy compensation should be ordered.

                      Patient ref no[protected], i wanted a few tests of my wife such as blood sugar pp, fasting and hba1c in which charges told rs 610/ but in bhubaneswar representative told charges would be rs710/. I had intimated this matter to your customer care cell on 27.1.18 a good no of times but could not get proper reply and issue was not solved and as a result of that blood / sugar test was not taken place on 28.1.18 (Morning). I am surprised to see lack of co - ordination in bhubaneswar srl office with the main office. Now i am suspicious about authenticity of the test. Your customer care cell is not able to satisfy the customer. Please give new shape to that. Out station people should be guided in positive way and pathological work should be completed smoothly. Please investigate this matter and possible measures to attain faith in public domain. With regards, ramdas ray.

                        I am diabetic patient & my mobile no is [protected]. As per advice of dr nehete, kharghar on 22nd january night i call mr salman on his mobile number [protected] for sample collection on 23rd for fasting pp. He gave confirmation for collection at 8.00 am on 23/01/2018.in morning he got late & didn't come till 9.00am, i called him & he told that he will come at 9:30am but again didn't come till 10:00am. It is to be noted that i am diabetic & i was feeling unwell due to long late. When i told him that you are too late & i am not well he said very rudely that "diabeties se koi marta nahi hai". Is it exceptable to talk like this with customers by your employees? I request you to take up the matter otherwise i have to approach to consumer court against your person as i am already your customer.

                          I book home collection for blood test the sample collected in hurry by person and after that i find my hand get black dark spot it get increased day by day i had complain regarding this to srl customer care 3 times but no proper response i am getting. So please do some strike action against this and stop srl from collecting sample from home at low rates if they are not able to give proper service at low rate than stop the service and not get other person body damage.

                            I am at this time 22 november 2017 sitting at the srl centre gurgaon sector 18, and had been referred by max hospital for sputum sample... There is no offical and only sweepers are present. The time scheduled asked by max immigration officer to report was 730 to 8 am and we were related asked to strictly adhere to the timing but here we are... Since 640 am and the staff enters with a flourish at 8 am... Such disgusting experience... Even yesterday the staff reported at 740 a m... Don't know what to expect tomorrow. I have also clicked a photo of the counter but it is not getting uploaded

                              I have booked for some blood tests a day before my blood collection date. But after getting confirmation from their side via a sms where blood collecting person's name and phone number was given, informed that my home is far away from his collection centre so he advised me to tell it to srl mumbai office, otherwise he will tell it to them that blood collection is not possible. I'm not informing that to office/customer care. But on collection day morning neither the person is came, nor the customer care has informed me anything. I made a call to office and after asking the situation, informed that they can't arrange the blood collection for that day, if i request them then they will arrang it for the next day. I've to cancel it, and confirm the test from the local pathology centre. It's a tremendous harassment for us, my mother has to suffer fo their negligence.

                                I went to srl diagnostics in bareilly located at deen dayal puram near selection point on 24th october, 2017 for thyroid check up and there the lab assistant took my blood in 3 attempts since then in my both elbow blue spots have appeared and it is paining too. Also i am attaching one photograph of my elbow. And now i wanted to know what can i do regarding this. I am highly disappointed by the service. I am expecting some action for this kind of service. I am looking forward for the reply.

                                  The blood sample for tests were collected by srl on 1st nov 2017. It was confirmed by srl rep & phlebo that, samples will be processed on same date i. E 1st nov 2017 & results will be released on 2nd nov 2017. Given the urgency of tests, results were requested on urgent basis. The results were received over email on 2nd nov but they were incomplete & incorrect wrt to collection date; processing date & pending results of fbs are not tracked by srl inspite of having taken 100% payment against this. Even after escalations, the lab is not responsible enough to close the query & confirm on the matter.

                                  The Lab head Dr Gohil from SLR Parel lab has informed after 2 days of follow-up that my FBS sample was miss handled however every call made to lab/ representative / phlebo are consistent in giving false updates. Some say, sample is received at lab but not traceable. Then the answer is changed stating sample is received at lab but not processed over 2 days. Then the next answer is sample is not found & we will refund but no confirmation on what really has happened to the sample after collection & how refund of few pennies going to settle the loss of 4-5 days Vs the delayed diagnosis. Lab has no answer who is fooling customers under big brand name.

                                    The clinic at palam vihar vyapar kendra is a highly unprofessional and unethical. I went there for test a prescibed by doctor and patient was suffering from 104 fever. The clinic person there arrogantly asked us to wait for 15-20minutes for test. A patient having high fever was asked to wait without any reason and has to listen to the unprofessional staff.
                                    The clinic doesnt open at time as per the original timing and doesnt have any ethical behavior

                                      In the middle of mri scan some engineer by name srinivas enters the mri room and tells some problem with the machine let me take the patient out. During the process injures patients fingers by dropping the stretcher suddenly without informing. Why was the scanning initiated if machine was not working? Why was doctor or expert not inside the room while the patient was removed out of the machine? Why was the bell not ready ringing which the patient tried to do so. Hope there is some responsibility at the top management. I had been to irwin road mysore for mri scan. And attended by person called maithri
