Complaint marked as Resolved I was continuously following up with customer care from the oast 24 hrs. because the person Nazim, who runs the V-care diagnostic center had not provided me SRL or his receipt and asking for more money on providing me the same, which is my basic rights and i already requested him. Customer care was also just not giving TAT to resolve this issue, so I complained agin on srl website and thanks to God, they listened to my problem and provided me support.
SRL Diagnostics customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
