This incident took place at Talegaon Pune, where I hired a srl branch to collect samples via home visit which they did - but they ran wrong test for one particular diagnosis and now are refusing to either rectify their mistake or even communicate with me...

We visited a SRL diagnostics at andheri east, under Vikas paradise bldg. We wanted to get IGG Mumps, measles and chickenpox blood test done. We knew the market rates hence did not confirm the charges with the receptionist. After taking 3 bottles of blood we got a quote of Rs. 10970. I had my Lipid profile tested on April 15th 2023 and got a result which made me worry about my life and health.

This happened to me so many times(at Goregaon West SV road center ) that if I call them for an appointment they never have appointments available for at least 7-9 days ..
Also once I walked in directly (as I was told they act pricey and will never give appointment to portrait they are busy )they all were sitting and chit chatting including the doctor but they refused to do so and started suggesting other options to take test done from...

When ask for report executive told me server in not running you will come after 1 hour when reached 2nd time after 1 hr and ask for the same he replied ''server ma choda Raha hai aur customer bhi" using very bad and abusive language... please let me know your culture in the company....

On 23 have submitted the sample for Platelet count of my daughter.
as she is diagnosed as dengue.
Fraud SRL provided with false result (Platelet count of 33000). After that i immediately run to the nearby hospital. their doctor done proper investigation and CBC. In hospital report CBC platelet count was good (1.62K )---last 3-4 day. i have submitted may sample for test in SRL.Now look like none of the report...

Went for a blood test for my father,
Phlebotomy name Aarti was in-charge in the morning shift, where she was not able to collect the blood she literally bend the needle which puncher the nerve, the time I asked her why are you bending the needle my father had a very sudden pain being a heart patient I was tensed so I told her plz stop the collection it's ok we are moving from here. Please note that I booked an RT pcr with complete fever panel costing Rs2500. They told me that you will receive Covid rt pcr within 12hours of sample. It has been more than 52 hours and the call centre folks have no Idea of the status of my reports....

I went SRL diagnostics center today in Faridabad Sector 35. It is owned by mr. Harish Bisht. Not a single mark for cleanliness. SRL is a known brand for lab tests but this is completely unacceptable.I have visited other centers as well which are clean but here it was full of mosquitoes so much humidity no air conditioner. We have provided sample to Aarogya Wellness Center, 196, HUDA plot, New Devinder Vihar, Sector 56, Gurgaon, an authorized centre for SRL Diagnostics on 09.07.2022. I have booked a lab test ANA and ACCP serum for Tanvi saxena wide no 0081VF020680. SRL lab has promised me to get me reports up to evening of 24 june.but still i have not received the report of ANA.
I have been told that sample is not accepted at bombay lab till now.
Instead of many calls to customer care i did not get reports till now.i think sample is misplaced.
Such irresponsible behaviour is not expected from this...

My name is Jayesh thanvi from Jodhpur Rajasthan, I booked home collection of blood for my father in law (Vinod Purohit), it was booked by Mr. Yash of SRL. He confirmed test charges as Rs.1100/-, and Rs.50/- for reports delivery. This appointment was for today I.e Monday(09.05.2022), but unfortunately after continuous follow up I was told at 10.45 am that if we need blood to be collected for test then will have to pay Rs. 500 to 700 extra....

Whenever we go for test always given one reason that machines are not working and behaviour is very rude of workers. And do not open the lab even at 7am...
