I have booked ticket no. Tmbf69298085, pnr no. Rbae74a7d from muthupettai to chennai on 23.10.2018 through redbus online bocking. The boarding time was 8.30 pm. I reached the boarding point by 8.00 pm the boarding point contact person told me that the bus cancelled and passenger was informed. I have not received any sms or whatsup information.
