Srm Transports — Horrible Behavior From Staff & Not Allowing To Travel | |||
Hi, I was trying to travel by SRM transports on 23 Jan 2015 Friday. My ticket number is TH2F89667379. While booking the ticket online through Redbus, I made a simple mistake of not selecting the right gender. So, my ticket was booked as a lady. I never knew the issue and never even thought this would make a big issue for me. When I showed up for the journey, the bus operator did not let me take the seat as that seat and the seat next to it were booked by ladies. Now, I don't know how this can happen. How a seat already booked by me can be given to another person. In addition, the company is not willing to refund my money or book my ticket in a different bus. They threw up their hands saying no other bus or seat is available. The person who was checking the ticket is named Shiva, and he abused me horribly and asked me to leave the bus. He wasn't even letting me take any other seat within the same bus. I had to reach Kerala the next day on time, and I had to undergo quite a bit of trouble to get another bus ticket from a different operator. SRM and its employees should take this matter seriously and take action on this. Was this information helpful? | |||
