Hello,
I have sent my vehicle from coimbatore to chennai on december 26, 2019 in srm transport. While receiving my two wheeler, front mudguard is fully damaged. I asked the coimbatore office's staff, they told the driver is responsible for this. They gave the driver number and asked me to call him. My question is why i need to ask the driver. Srm transport is responsible for this. You only have to ask the driver. I have been speaking with driver and office staff, still no response. I have to replace my bike mudguard.

Updated by Sathish90 Mudguard rate is Rs.850. I have video and all call conversations records. If you won't replace my mudguard I will go to the police station and complaint on SRM transport. Because of this not my mistake.almost one month over. I will wait only for the next two days. If I not get any response from your side, I will go to the police station. There is no option for me.
