Srm Transports — refund of debited money for failure of ticket booking | |||||
On[protected] at about 10.00 pm i tried to book a ticket through 'srm on line booking website' in the b-131 chennai-kanyakumari a/c sleeper 07:45 pm bus for travel from chennai (Perungulathur) to nagercoil on[protected].. But after receipt of the fare of rs 1103.00 through my andhra bank debit card the site displayed the massage that the booking failed and the amount will be refunded to my bank account within 7 days. When i booking bus tickets, seats no 45 shows prior to last row, but actually it is last row, that seats can not push back, regarding this i complaint to driver, they said they could not do any thing, ask me adjust it.
