SRS Real Estate — cheating by builder in construction of srs palm homes

Dear madam / sir,

Kindly refund my amount of rupees approximately 10, 00, 000 for construction of house allotment in my favour because you have not been able to keep your promise made to me.

My registration number is ph/pwl/07/0583 and, allotted, to be apparently constructed house number is a2/a/704, sector-7, palwal, haryana.

I appeal to you to please refund and return my money of about 1000000 rupees plus market rate of interest immediately because you have not been able to keep your promise of rendering our house duly constructed in our possession and you have not even constructed it in its initial stages.

Please reply and oblige. Otherwise i will have to move concerned court of law and other authorities for justice.

Dear Anurag gangal,
You have to move to RERA tribunal for your refund. It'll give you fast remedy... Consumer court is also an option but with the RERA it is better option than consumer court.
