My mother has booked a plot of 200seq yards in srs residency panchkula and paid 80% amount has been paid and till date we do not have any information that what will happen next how she will get her money back or

There is no work update from last year now the and company directors are in police custody and office is shutdown no one to hear me all phone number are not reachable chances of getting my plot is negligible so i want my refund back or i will free to take legal action
