I have booked ticket in srs travels through abhibus app. Booking ID: AU[protected] and PNR : TS[protected]MJRV / 35958627.
There was a broken pipe on 4th upper seat. Which was making a lot of noise and was causing safety issue. I brought it to the attention of staff. They ignored it and after reminding them after 2 hours, one of the staff became abusive and said he won't do anything now. I asked him to take the pipe out of the seat. I have paid for this seat, it's your responsibility to give me a seat with safe condition.
