Dear [Service Provider/Customer Support Team],

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had with your service. Although I successfully booked a ticket and received a PNR number, my seat was not actually reserved. Additionally, no refund was initiated for the failed booking.

When I boarded the bus at Jalahalli (SRS Bus), I was informed by the staff that my seat was not booked. I was asked to pay again for a seat, despite having already paid earlier. Furthermore, I have not received any refund for the previous payment either.

Even after paying again, I faced great inconvenience as I was unable to sit properly. I also tried reaching out to your customer care, but unfortunately, there was no response.

This entire experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I am highly dissatisfied with the service provided and expect a full refund for both the initial booking and the additional payment made at the bus.

Kindly address this issue at the earliest and process my refund amount of Rs 3100 without further delay.

If this doesn't responded immediately then I will raise this to consumer court or higher authorities

    I am travelling from bagalkot to bangalore. In bus there is no working charging ports for any of the seats available in bus. If we asked for that they were not responding properly and they said like of they were not working just sit quite, We don't do any of these things. We had bad experience with SRS travels. This is not the first time I'm facing this issue. Very poor service

      We had booked ticket from Hyderabad ( Lakdikapool) to Bangalore, (Sadahalli gate) on 8th nov 2024. Boarding time is 9.35 @ Lakdikapool. Bus reached boarding point ( Lakdikapool) @ 9.45. We had occupied our seats. After that lot of sounds and too much vibration in bus. We noticed that some luggage is loading on the top of the bus. We had waited up to 11.15. But they still continue their loading. Me and some of the other passengers asked them, Is it a lorry or bus. Why are you loading this much of material on the top of the bus. It is not safe to inside passengers. But they dont bother our inconvenience and No body replied properly. They said We are not the concern person. ask at our office, no body in the office, because the same staff sat in the same office, before they started loading. Bus was started @ 11.30 pm from Lakdikapool. Right time to reach Sadahalli gate is 6.15 AM. but reached sadahalli gate @ 10 AM. Bus is also not hygiene. Lot of dust and dirty foam covers. we have bus photos also with lot of material on the top of the bus. Bus not delayed due to traffic or other reasons. Only the reason is they operate the bus like lorry.

        Iam Travelling from Bijapur to Bangalore your bus time bus need to be reach 6:30 to Bangalore but the delayed to 2hrs late so because of that my interview is unable to attend today. kindly check take action and confirm otherwise I will go for consumer forum because 10 minutes is okay buffer time I am not expecting on time but 2 hours delay is not acceptable because of that my interview is cancelled kindly check

          I am Jagadisha H K I am booking started my ticket in SRS travels on 07/05/2024 morning 9 to 10 AM between and I am also booked same day ticket from Bellary to Bangalore that vehicle is Shakthinagar - Bangalore bus and we called to schedule phone number he also confirmed it will reach 12:55AM at Budavara complex opposite side Bellary and he also given that vehicle driver phone number then called spoke with details and confirmed bus time when it reached after coming the place there is seats availability, and they will told another bus schedule 1 time, again tell schedule time difference and again told bus schedule on 6th of May, how will it's taken before date booking, they are not responding properly and they are not ready to speak with refunding amount, and we are suffering with two small kids below 5 years 1 baby another 1 and half year baby mid night 2:00AM with my wife... Please take the action, refund my amount. And after that we are traveling in KSRTC bus to Bangalore,

            Hi

            I am travelling from Bangalore to pavoorchatram using SRS travels. The bus stated from Bangalore on 25 April 2024 on 8:00 PM still the bus not reached the destination 25 April 2024 10:00AM. My wife and two kids are travelling in the bus. They were taking too long time more than what they committed.It is happening every time.

                I travelled on KA 51 AG 0251 on 25 Feb 2024. Driver and the boarding person was very rude and denied for keeping luggages in luggages section
                Advised us to carry the luggage inside bus and keep it near last seat. When asked for help, boarding guy said it is not his job. When requested for opening luggage section, he said there is no space. Every passenger complained the same and everyone' luggage is inside bus.

                  Have booked a bus from Bangalore to Belgaum bus no KA01AE2591. Boarding time was 9.50 at 8th mile stop Bangalore.

                  Have waiting in the SRS office itself from 9.30 pm. When have continuously questioned on bus arrival that time office operator telling we have changed the bus time...we simply waiting 2 hours in the SRS office. Their response also very pathetic after questioned about bus arrival...

                        Driver stopped for dinner at a halal hotel where there was no other food option. Beef smell was horrible.
                        In a country where majority doesn't like to eat such stuff, this act is not acceptable.
                        He says there is no other option around. How can that be possible?
                        This is like intentionally putting us in an unfavorable situation.
                        Strict action to be taken against this behavior.

                            Hi Team, I am getting call from below number on 23rd November([protected]) at 7pm by bus driver and my bus was 7:30 I was already there at boarding point. he told me due to roadblock he is going different route he can't pickup me up and asked to come different point that is one hour which was not possible. I told him it's not possible then he said call Red bus and cancel it I will pass message to bus operator also the same and you will get refund. I am calling on daily basis to Red bus they are not initiating refund. Today they told the bus operator told I travelled which I did not. The bus driver cheated and took other customer for money, this is not acceptable.

                                I hope this email finds you well. My name is Dhanaraj and I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning incident that occurred during my recent journey with SRS Travel.

                                On 14 November 2023, I was a passenger on one of your buses no ka51 ab 0452 traveling from chikkodi to Bangalore . Unfortunately, the journey was marred by an accident that took place near Haveri This incident has left me deeply concerned about the safety standards and overall service provided by SRS Travel.

                                I would like to highlight the following issues:

                                1. Lack of adherence to safety protocols.
                                2. Inadequate communication and support provided to passengers during and after the accident.
                                3. Both the drivers are drunken
                                4. After bus accident both the drivers are run away from locaton
                                5. Still I didn’t got any call from srs team
                                6.this kind of service I didn’t expected from srs travels

                                I believe it is essential for SRS Travel to thoroughly investigate this incident and take corrective actions to prevent such occurrences in the future. Additionally, I request a detailed explanation of the steps your company plans to take to address the issues raised.

                                    This complaint about bus no KA51 AA 5278 Bangalore to shaktinagar (Raichur). Today date 19th oct 2023 i travelled from Bangalore to shaktinagar but right time to reach shaktinagar is 8.45 but bus reached at 11:00
                                    The reason is not traffic and not well road at all the reason is the bus driver picking new passengers from bus stop for mony they where discussing the price and picking the passenger the money is not for SRS travells it's for that mony is directly going to her pocket
                                    For each 20-40 km they wher picking coustomer . They not pickup passenger untill ballary after ballary untill Raichur they where doing all this nonsence . That's why the real passenger who booked the bus at 15 day before they where getting to late to reach and it's directly decreasing your rating in online at all routes the rating for SRS is more than 4 but in this route it's 2.5 please look on this other wise you will going to lose one bus from this route for u need more detail about this contact me [protected]@gmail.com
