SRS Travels — Amount deducted while booking online ticket, ticket is not generated

Hello Team,

I tried booking a ticket from Sindagi to Bangalore on 7th of Oct 2021. During payment the amount was deducted from account and the ticket was not generated.
Journey date : 08/10/2021.
transaction date: 07/10/2021.
Amount 807.50
