Im travelling from bangalore to nagercoil on ka 01 ag 4404 today. It was raining when i was about to board your bus. Door was locked. Im unaware that its a driver controlled door. I tried to open the door. I just touched the lock. Driver opened the door and started yelling at me as if its his own bus. Did i damaged your lock or glass? I just touched the lock. How can he be so disrespectful to customers. Having a very bad experience. Will never choose srs hereafter. And will b writing about this on my online blogs and will let people know if no action is taken or if i didnt get any reply from u.
