SRS Travels — bus didn't pick and rude behaviour

Srs travels didn’t pick me at the point, they made me wait for 60 min for a bus in bangalore on thursday 27 june and when i was returning to bangalore i am late at vijayawada for 5 minutes because of heavy rain on july 1, driver and staff were very rude and left and told they will wait at guntur did the same if they would have waited for 5 min i would have reached and such a worst behaviour by the driver Was this information helpful? SRS Travels customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Jul 01, 2019 Updated by Satish Kurasala I have the driver name and number with me, my major concern is with drivers rude behaviour, if he dont want to wait he should say but he scolded and said have you ever travelled, i travelled a lot of times that too in srs and now i have decided myself and my friends or relatives will make sure never choose this srs

Bus number: KA 42 A 5615
Bus broke down around 12:30 AM.
All the passengers are being told that a mechanic will be coming but it's more than 3:30 hours, no one has arrived. Every one is waiting on road. No assistance. This is pathetic. We have a few passengers with medical condition in bus.
