SRS Travels — Bus got stuck after taking it from 2 hours

Already bus came late, and when the bus stop in rest stop bus got some complaints and all passengers were waiting for more than 3 hours, what the hell is this? We know sometimes bus will get complaint and in this bus only I had the same experience before also. Please provide good transportation or else please don't put this type vehicles for long route it will be a bad experience for every passenger in this bus include me.
