SRS Travels — bus service and food complaint

Myself yasmeen from bangalore travelling date is 24.10.2017 from bangalore to udaipur. We don't have any problem with driver and cleaner d problem is inside d bus many cockroaches and smelling so badly we felt like nausea many people who where travelling with me even they felt same thing. And another complaint is about a restaurant in gujrath hotel name is ronak d food so third class i don't know on what basis u people have kept them to serve srs customers chapatti of wheat is horrible gravy is fine even rice it's not up-to d mark so plz change its a request we don't feel like travelling back to srs now.
