Bus booked from bangalore to chennai through srs - multiaxle semi sleeper bus - 11:45 pm for 7th nov 2019. The travel agency cancels the bus at 11pm and doesnt provide a convinient change of bus. The final message from your travel agent arrives at 11:20pm, just 20 minutes before the departure of the bus. There is no any basic humanity or customer support by srs travels.
