SRS Travels — Cockroaches on bus

PLEASE do not travel through SRS. Currently travelling from abu road to mumbai in SRS travels buss number 6211. The bus is infested with cockroaches. On complaining the helper came inside to spray room freshener. He also told that cockroaches don't bite, so don't worry!! WORST service ever. Also have called more than 15 numbers for customer care not one is even bothered to listen to issue and are just giving different numbers to call on. SHAME on management. SHAME.
