SRS Travels — complaining about misleading the passengers | |||
There is no co-ordination between bus operators and bus drivers, when i called srs travels to change my boarding point they confirmed that they have changed it & i should be their at 7.30pm and i was waiting at that point from 7.20pm, at 7.50 i got a call from bus driver and he is saying report in different boarding point. When i reached that place, i asked about the confusion they are telling they didn't got any updates from bus operators and if i have any query i should go and talk to bus operator. Thses kind of attitude is not expected from srs travel team and i was travelling alone and in that night if they are asking women to come to different boarding point that is not appreciated. Please educate your drivers and give some manners to them about how to talk to a lady passengers. Was this information helpful? | |||
