SRS Travels — delay of srs bus by 12 hours

I was supposed to be in belgaum by today (Aug 31 2019) @7:30am.

But the sad thing is i am still traveling 😔
It might reach by 9:00 pm.

Almost more than 12 hours

Such a worst experience from srs.
They already delayed in boarding point (Ahmedabad) by 2 hours.

Sadly today there was a naming ceremony @ my home.

Please take it on serious note about this delay😔.

The driver was too rude and refused to answer when asked about the probable timing we would reach our destination...
Highly recommend SRS agency to look after this matter on priority ... Train these drivers first on customer service ... and then check with their skill set ...

I have started my journey on 29aug2019 from Bangalore to surandai. We can accept the delay due to traffic. But these people's are stopped 1hr at hosur, madurai due to luggage pickup/ drop. We reached destination by 8.10 ck. Kindly take necessary action.
