SRS Travels — hygiene, lack of security, halt at extremely unhygienic hotel.

We two people were travelling from manglore to pune on dated[protected] by
Scania semi sleeper - multi axle. The bus no. Would be ka-51-d-9954.

It was really impossible to to deal with the bed bugs for whole night.
The bus stopped at a very unhygienic restaurant where the kitchen was right behind the toilet.

Also there were passengers travelling in the bus with out any confirmed ticket booking.

I don not blame the company but the choice of right staff will be help full.
