On 10th August 2022, I was about to go to Bangalore. Initially, I was informed about the delay in timing from 5pm to 7 pm through text message. But after reaching to the pick up point (7pm), I had to wait for next 3 hours For the bus. There was no information about the delay and tracker provided to me was also not working so that I can get any update about the bus current location. Even after repeated calling to the given number via text message, there was no response And call was not answered for any query.
My purpose of going to Bangalore failed and eventually I had to leave the bus due to so much of delay And my health condition.
Kindly refund my money as Srs travels failed to fulfill their service towards customer. Was this information helpful? |
