I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received on my recent journey with SRS Travels. I was scheduled to travel from Yeshwantpur Govardhan Theater to pune on the BNG-MUMBAI Non A/C Sleeper bus, with PNR 37875114, Ser.No BNG-MUMBAI Non A/C Sleeper, Seat No. 11U, 14U, and 15U. I had an important exam to attend in pune and I was relying on the bus service to get me there on time.
Unfortunately, the bus was delayed by 3 to 4 hours due to heavy luggage waiting at the check post for 1 hour. This delay caused me to miss my exam and I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by SRS Travels. I understand that border checks can cause delays, but I was informed by other passengers that there was no traffic on the check post and the delay was due to the bus waiting for luggage.
I would like to request a refund for the cost of my ticket, as I did not receive the service I paid for. I am disappointed with the bad service provided by SRS Travels and I will not be using your services in the future.
Please let me know how I can proceed with the refund process and I hope that SRS Travels will take steps to improve their service in the future.
