SRS Travels — Mysore Bus Missed

We had booked bus from Bangalore to Mysore. The bus was due to arrive at 0615 in Anand Rao Circle, Majestic. We had been standing there since 6. However, the bus was late by 1 hour and we were not informed about the pick up place. Neither did we receive any calls. The employers were also not helpful. Refund was also not provided. It is a very sad thing you lost a valuable customer. Your travels will also not be recommended. It has been a very disappointing experience.

Srs travels are simple [censored].. Absolutely [censored] travels.. No communication will be maintained until bus was left from boarding place
