SRS Travels — Payment not received

I am a Senior citizen, please note the following: I booked my ticket online with SRS web site on 22.6.2015 for journey on 23.6.2015 from Chennai to Bangalore. Ticket No.10087019. I was informed on 23.6.2015 around 11.00AM that bus has been cancelled due to breakdown and ticket refund will be made in 7 days period. After 10 days I called several numbers mentioned on the ticket to enquire about the refund and they promised it will be done in few days time. Since there was no response for another 10 days i.e. till 14.7.2017, I called again to get the refund, then I received an email about the detail of coupon for Rs. 501.60 and also it is mentioned that It can be converted in to cash within 90 days of booking date. When I was in bangalore I asked about the refund and they said to claim from Chennai SRS office. Now to day (20.7.2015) I rang up to [protected] explaining the above and asked about the refund and the person who answered my call (Mr. Senthil) said that I can collect from Chennai SRS counter. I went all the way from Mugalivakkam to koyambedu SRS office and asked the girl sitting in the counter about the refund giving all the information above at about 1645 hours. The girl is arguing about that coupon cannot be refunded with cash and can be utilised as travel booking. I shown her the wording mentioned in the coupon that it can be converted in to cash refund within 90 days of booking date. Still she was very adamant and argumentative not listening or understood what is written in the coupon. Also I rang up Mr. Senthil and he also try to tell her to give refund still she refused to do so. Please resolve the above situation and guide your staff to follow the evidence provided by the passenger for refund. I am waiting for you early reply in this regard and I do not wish to travel by SRS until a solution can be reached. Please arrange for my refund. The persons sitting in the counter are not listening to the grievances about the refund but they are pushing me to accept what they say i.e. no refund only I have to use it for travel. Thanking you.

The refund amount has been received in to my ICICI bank credit card account from SRS through ticketsimply.com and thanks.
Though the amount received on 16.7.2015 as mentioned in my ICICI credit card statement but it was not showing in my credit card account until 20.7.2015. Now it is showing on monthly statement.
