SRS Travels — promised refund not returned

Boarding point was given as adyar. Once i reached there they informed not bus but a pickup van will come. Sometime later they called me again saying pickup van broke and i have to go to perungulathur to board bus. At the very last minute. They asked to hire a cab and they'll refund the cab charge. Now they're denying. Worst service ever. Lost 483rs

Driver had been drunken and driving very rashly ...
And the customer service people are not picking the call ...
Kindly short such problems ...

Helpline service should be provide 27/7 ...
