SRS Travels — Received Damaged Parcel | |||
Dear Team, This is regarding the damaged parcel I received through your delivery service. L.R No : 3/06/98. Parceled Item : UPS Shipment of the parcel was done on[protected] and the same was supposed to be delivered within 3-4 days. But I received the parcel on[protected]. By the time I received the parcel, the package of the item was not in good condition. I complained about this to the local delivery partner but he refused to accept it. At the same time I captured photos of the parcel and the same has been attached with this email. I took it home and checked the parcel, it was almost in a broken condition. It's a very poor delivery service by SRS Travels and Logistics Pvt Ltd. I am seriously looking for your help in this matter to resolve this issue. Was this information helpful? | |||
