SRS Travels — Rude behaviour of driver and cleaner

Hi,
I was a regular traveller in SRS. But i stopped in between travelling with SRS because of luggage issue. I work for a company and i travel entire south India in a month for min 22 days. Every time i face of rude behaviour of driver when ask them to put luggage to the luggage box. But they force is to keep luggage in the seat itself. In single sleeper its not possible to keep the luggage. If i wont face this luggage problem again, I would like to continue opt for SRS in future too. Kindly provide luggage option for traveller. Its not possible to keep all luggage in single sleeper luggage carrier.
