SRS Travels — service complaint | |||
Hi This is prateek I used the service to travel from hyderabad to goa Firstly the bus was delayed for 2.5 hours I was not fool to come and be there waiting for the bus.. And nonsense reasons were given to me It was given that the glass of a bus is broken and crap reasons... And there also the people were not at all willing to give a proper reason, When asked the question to the manager of srs at lakdikapool She was like dusting dust from her shoulders onto someone else And that person doesnt have time to stand and talk to the customer This is the customer relationship you guys are maintaining And the next thing was rash driving at the ghat roads And more over no water facility in the bus.. As its a 14 hours journey you have to provide to the customer.. When queried to the cleaner he states that we dont provide on this route and he answers it in a very sarcastic way... The so called blankets which were given were torned somewhere or the other Dont know what he thinks of himself.. I guess he thinks that he is a "boss" By this way of crap behaviour Nothing will be ok for you people. And i am not at all satisfied with your service... It should never be that you people have done, just taking the money and sitting back relax at you seats... I need a proper revert for my complain...
