SRS Travels — Sleeper bus seat was dirty and smells bad

There was lots of dust on Sleeper seat and SRS charges double the rate of normal price during weekends. I felt irritated when no one responded when I gave complaint near enquiry counter. They treat customers as slaves. Finally I myself cleaned my seat and moved on. I felt cheated. Below is my Journey details from Bangalore to Hospet on 27/11/2015.
