I travelled with my family from Chennai to Madurai on June 6, 2016 in SRS Chennai-Nagercoil bus. The drop point was mentioned in the ticket as Periyar bus stand but we were dropped at main bus stand (Maatu thaavani). The driver and the service personnel were very impolite and did not even bothered to look at the ticket. Very unprofessional SRS travels. I will not recommend SRS to anyone.Cheaters... Worst Travels I never seen...From Bangalore to Hyderabad changed 4 buses for reaching destination...That too also not dropped near destination...Guys please don't believe on the drop points mentioned at the time of booking the ticket... And don't believe the time also...
