SRS Travels — SRS travels not refunding amount to account | |
On Sept 12 2016 all SRS travels buses from Bangalore were cancelled due to strike in Bangalore and they have informed us that the amount will be given back. But they haven't triggered ticket cancellation until 18th Sept and also the amount was given back as COUPON which can be used only for SRS booking later. So they are actually not giving back the money and are forcing the customers to use their service only. I dont want their coupon and Would like the amount to be credited back to my account.
