SRS Travels — Ticket / invoice issue

As I have booked bus from Bengaluru (Madivala) to Chennai (Koyambedu), Booked bus at Madivala SRS Office on 17/05/2017 at 11:40pm bus for AC Sleeper bus. Your SRS guy has told only AC Sleeper bus is having available seats & ticket rate is RS.1000/-. So I agreed & booked ticket for Rs.1000 but not giving the hard copy of soft copy of ticket. from 17/05/2017.

I kindly request you to share me the Invoice copy of the journey ticket.
