SRS Travels — torn blanket was given to the customer

On 24tg aug 2019, i boarded a bus from udupi. Bus number ka af 0305 and my seat number was 14, i was given a torn balnket to use. This is not a customer service you should give it your passengers. While charging bus ticket, do you make any consideration knowing the fact you have torn blankets in ur bus? I don't think so then why was it given to me? I need ur explanation on this matter. I have attached a photo.

Ticket no[protected] Tumkur to Hubli) ticket was cancelled on 13/08/2019 from your end due to bus cancel but as on today refund is not done amount is 1140 rupees and no body respond properly please check and resolve at earliest...
