SSC — Delete my registration please

I have lost access to my registered e-mail ID and mobile number that I gave to you at the time of registration.
So I am hereby giving you my registration details and I want you to delete my registration so that I can re- register for applying for jobs.

I dont have registration id, registered mobile no. And registered e-mail ID
