SSC — I am unable to reset password

Sir, my name is Nibha Kumari, state-Bihar, mobile no.-[protected], mail [protected]@gmail.com and I have registered myself on ssc.nic.in and I have lost my registration number and password.so, I have tried for reset password but OTP not received.so plz help me, I have to apply for ssc.
