SSC — Not receiving otp for resetting my registration password

Dear sir/mam,

I am Puja Kumari from Bihar. My email id with which I had earlier done ther registration in 2018 was [protected]@gmail.com. Now I've forgotten my registration Id and password. But I am not receiving any otp for doing so. Please resolve the issue or delete my existing registration so that I can fill a fresh registration.
