SSS — Credit Slip not received and no response from the team

I had placed my fisrt order on 27.1.2016, for Rs. 899. Since the prosduct was of different size I had return it, also I got the credit slip for 899, . Again I had purchased my another product for Rs. 799, even then wen it was delivered, the delivery guy asked for rs. 50 for COD, whereas it was paid through the voucher, again I received the wrong size and I had to return.
After that I got the credit slip and when i bought a product for 499, it was never delivered and it was still in procee for long time and finally I cancelled it bt I never got any credit slip.

In short I had paid 899 to this site but I have no credit slip for the same, and nobody revert after the acknowlegment, its been so many months now. Nobody calls, there is no call centre, .
