St Courier — 1 box is missing post delivered the courier

My Parents sent 11 box of home things in single big box from Madurai to Bangalore. After receiving the box in bangalore, when i opened only 10 box is there and 1 box is missing. When i called Madurai, bangalore courier office not getting proper response. My question is how it will miss inbetween. So ST Courier is looting these kind of products from customer. Dec 22, 2020 Updated by bangalorevisva don't pls tell that courier team won't open. If they don't open how 1 box is missing inbetween. It' s responsibility of ST Courier team to deliver the courier without any issue. It's very Worst service and looting the product from customer
